From rethinking to leading change with national and global reach
Map the System is a global competition that asks students and educators to rethink social and environmental issues through systems thinking, going beyond disciplines and questioning deeply held assumptions.
It aims to bridge the gap between student-as-learner and student-as-changemaker.
Welcome to Map the System Canada!
Institutions: Map the System Canada is now part of the global Map the System programme, run through Oxford's Skoll Centre. Canadian institutions register directly through the Skoll Centre website, joining an international network of student teams tackling real-world systems challenges together.
Students: Registration goes through your institution. Contact your MTS campus coordinator or faculty contact to get involved.
Looking for systems thinking resources? You're in the right place. This site remains home to our full resource library and past projects from Canadian teams who've come through the program. Browse the resource page and past student projects page to see the work in action.
